Welcome!

We are a laboratory team of The Faculty of Fundamental Problems of Technology at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. We focus on studies of electrical and photoelectrical properties of semiconductor materials and nanostructures. We perform in-depth investigations for its characterisation with the high-tech equipment of the National Laboratory of Quantum Technology and our  broad experience.
