Igor Perlikowski, a member of our research group, served as a jury member during the school stage of the International Young Physicists’ Tournament (IYPT), held at the Academic High School of Wrocław University of Science and Technology (Akademickie Liceum Ogólnokształcące Politechniki Wrocławskiej). Four teams competed by presenting their solutions to selected physics problems, including the magnetic Newton’s cradle, elastic wave dynamics, and the tennis racket theorem. In accordance with the tournament’s format, the teams alternated between the roles of reporter, opponent, and reviewer. Together with the other jurors, Igor provided comments and guidance to the competing teams and participated in selecting the school representatives for the next stage of the tournament.
